Orders & Cancellations

●     ADHRI reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice. In such cases, if payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

●     ADHRI also reserves the right to block or blacklist customers for valid reasons, including but not limited to:

○     Frequent returns of products

○     Attempting to misuse position, influence, or privilege

○     Returning products used/damaged/without original packaging or tags

○     Raising disputes without first contacting our customer care

○     Any behavior that may cause monetary or reputational loss to Jagdish and Sons India LLP

●     We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

●     You agree that your personal information (excluding payment card details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks, subject to adaptation for technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

●     Sizes provided are approximate, with a possible variation of 1–2 inches due to different measurement methods.

●     We do not warrant that products, services, or materials will meet individual expectations, though each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care.

Billing & Account Information

●     ADHRI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may include restrictions placed per account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.

●     In such cases, we may attempt to contact you via the email/phone number provided at checkout.

●     Customers must provide complete, current, and accurate billing and account information. Any updates (e.g., credit card details, email, or shipping address) should be shared promptly to avoid delays.

User Content & Submissions

●     Any submissions (feedback, suggestions, proposals, etc.) shared with ADHRI may be used by us without restriction, including editing, publishing, translating, or distributing across any medium.

●     ADHRI has no obligation to maintain submissions in confidence, provide compensation, or respond.

●     Submissions must not violate third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or otherwise). Customers remain solely responsible for any content they share.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction is exclusively conferred upon the courts of New Delhi, India.
