At ADHRI, we want your experience to be as seamless and special as the garments we create. So, good news for you all, shipping within India is completely on us. We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all domestic orders. All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes, duties, and delivery charges.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping charges are additional and will vary depending on the destination country, as well as the weight and volume of the garment. These charges will be shared with you at the time of inquiry.Please note, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any orders, domestic or international.
In the case of alterations for international shipments, return shipping charges will be borne by the client, as we strongly recommend at least one fitting/trial to ensure accuracy of size.

Delivery Timelines

Each ADHRI garment is made-to-order. Delivery typically takes 30–60 days, depending on the intricacy of the outfit. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly at +919953337195 and we will do our best to assist. Please note that deliveries can be affected if:

●     Complete payment is not received

●     Address or contact details provided are inaccurate

●     Measurement details are pending

●     No response from the customer

While we work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Taxes & Duties

●     Within India: Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

●     International Orders: All garments are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties and local taxes. As the recipient, you will be liable for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country, which must be settled at the time of delivery in order to release the order from customs.
